Select Energy Services is hiring for a District Business Manager for Elk City, OK. Applicants must be self-directed, ambitious, motivated to improve status quo, thrive in changing environment, and have a team mentality. Job responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to: develop plans, budgets, and schedules; document and communicate project status, analyze problems in terms of process, generate data, communicate and implement recommended solutions; perform labor assessments; collaborate with operations management to solve problems; review financial reporting. Requirements: BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent Strong written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in status reporting and daily report maintenance Experience in resource allocation, project planning, quality management, and cost control Ability to identify and investigate opportunities/problems based on reviewing financial statements Must possess time management, organizational, and problem solving skills Competitive pay and full benefits package available.
