Experienced Diesel Technician $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Work Schedule: 10-hour shift Monday – Friday 5:00am–3:30pm or 6:30am-5:00 pm Pay: $25.00 – $39.00 per hour depending on work experience Responsibilities: Make major and minor repairs on trucks and trailers, including but not limited to: engine repairs and tune ups, fuel systems, electrical systems, transmission work, cooling systems, chassis repairs, brake work Perform regular and preventative maintenance including inspections, oil changes, etc. Perform diagnostic tests Maintain accurate records of repairs performed Maintain cleanliness of the shop Required and Preferred qualifications are: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Diesel Technician working on CLASS 8 vehicles Cummins, and Detroit Certified candidates are given top hiring priority CDL preferred Must have necessary tools to perform position responsibilities Steady work experience Ability to lift 50lbs or more Bonus points if you have previous engine overhaul experience Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision and Life Insurance 401K Paid Holidays/Sick Days/Vacation Uniforms Provided and Cleaned at No Charge Work Boot Allowance Powered by JazzHR
