Qualifications:• The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree from a college.• A minimum of five years of experience in customer service within the commercial insurance industry is required.• Holding a Michigan PC Insurance License is preferred.• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Agency Management Systems (preferably AMS360) is necessary.
