Need engineer who can handle projects cradle to grave. Stie design for drainage, paving, roads, water, storm water, etc. Experience with land development projects including municipal projects needed. Project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, schedules, budgeting, etc. Need engineer who can work with clients. Who can manage and mentor small group of engineers and designers.
