What You Will Do The Social Media Community Engagement Leader is responsible for collaborating with the marketing, connected commerce, and public relations cross-functional teams and external agencies to support a coordinated cross-channel social experience and apply subject-matter-expertise in social media marketing engagement, using consumer insights to inform/shape relevant communications that tethers to brand awareness, consideration and/or conversion objectives. This individual will also lead strategic connectivity with the Consumer Care Center Brand Champion and Social Media Team Leads to ensure positive community engagement experiences through consistent projection of brand image, voice, and persona across all consumer-facing channels.
