Electronics Engineer Industry: Manufacturing Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight Hours: 37.5 hours per week Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Permanent Duties: Design, inspect, test and update electronic systems, component, equipment and software. Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure products are completed to client specifications, quality standards and health and safety regulations, Review existing process and make recommendations for improvements, Develop effective maintenance, testing and quality control procedures. Experience: Must have a Degree or HNC (or equivalent) in Electronics with previous experience in a similar role although a strong graduate may be considered. Experience of electronic design software is an advantage as is design of circuit boards from scratch. Must be able to complete reports using MRP systems as well as the MS Office suite. Must be able to work well on own initiative to deadlines, as well as part of a team. This is not a remote working role, therefore must be based on or within a short commute of the Isle of Wight.
