Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.2-6 years of relevant experience in transactional law with a focus on construction agreements.Strong academic credentials. Skills:Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to establish and maintain strong client and peer relationships.Familiarity with industry-standard construction and design forms is preferred.
