Our client is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Northern Kentucky. The company offers an excellent compensation package, including an annual bonus and relocation assistance if needed.Responsibilities:*Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery*Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects*Lead, coach, and manage a team of 16+ FTE in a fast-paced manufacturing facility *Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant location*Apply experience and skills when troubleshooting PLCs, automation, and controls*Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems*Manage spare part Inventory processesQualifications & Requirements:*3+ years of Maintenance Management experience, preferably in a high-volume food or consumer products manufacturing environment*Solid PLC troubleshooting experience*Strong Project management experience*Excellent strategic and growth mindset!*Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint *Considerable experience managing or maintaining ammonia refrigeration systems.
