Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in VermontThe right candidate is driven, ambitious, and willing to learn coupled with a firm foundation of HR principles and policies.This job will have the following responsibilities: Maintain a positive employee relations environment Guide plant leadership in HR issues Manage special plant HR / Employee Global Projects and Events Coordination and implementation of hourly training across the plant Oversee HR functions over two plants in the area Will be involved in union / labor relations processes Act as plant expert in all HR System toolsQualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business or Related Degree 3+ years of Generalist experience within a manufacturing facility Possess a continuous improvement mindset in HR Union and non-union experience preferred Strong computer skills (HRIS or Similiar, Office, etc.)Great salary, excellent benefits, annual bonus, relocation assistance and an opportunity to grow into an HR Manager role within the company!UI742975.
