Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.in Eastern Washington.Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsConduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to established procedures and GFSI standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issuesDevelop and maintain product specifications and test methodsLead a team of quality control techniciansDevelop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issuesEstablish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and packaging materialsManage and direct the staff responsible for microbiological and other quality control testing.Monitor and report on quality-related metrics to senior managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the food or beverage manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and practicesExperience in developing and implementing quality control programsExperience leading a Quality TeamExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including FDA and HACCPAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentIf you are passionate about quality and have a proven track record of success in quality assurance in the food or beverage industry, we want to hear from you.
