As a Lead Manager (SDR) at GG Homes, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate industry. No sales experience is required but a drive to learn and work hard is a must! Responsibilities:In this role, you'll be responsible for:• Being the first point of contact with homeowners• Developing and executing strategic sales plans• Assisting in the negotiation and closing of sales contracts• Building and managing a growing portfolio of investors• Analyzing investment opportunities for viability• Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations• Selling over the phone and using cold outreach to target and win leads Qualifications:• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Creative and innovative thinking• Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry• Experience with CRM software• Experience with lead generation and prospecting• Experience with sales If you are not confident in your ability to drive the sales process, please refrain from applying.
