We are seeking a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to help our business grow. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. We are looking for someone fluent, has a professional appearance, and is comfortable speaking with all audiences. We offer a robust commission plan. Responsibilities: • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory• Commit to meeting a quota for customer's acquisition.• Applicants must present themselves in a professional manner Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred• Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience for this role.• Applicants must understand medical terminology and language.• Applicants must be able to communicate comfortably with all types of people and medical professionals, from CEOs to community members.• Bilingual is preferred English - Spanish.• Applicants must be willing to travel to the surrounding cities and areas.
