Responsibilities:In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Negotiating and closing purchase contracts with homeowners• Developing and executing strategic sales plans• Building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting• Analyzing investment opportunities for viability• Leading and mentoring a team of high-performing individuals• Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations Qualifications:Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry• Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Creative and innovative thinking• Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry• Experience with CRM software• Experience with lead generation and prospecting• Experience with closing deals• Fluent in Spanish If you are not confident in your ability to drive the sales process, please refrain from applying.
