As we keep growing, we seek a dedicated and experienced Property Manager who holds a valid Virginia Real Estate license to come join our team. Do you possess experience in managing single-family residential properties? Are you able to provide superior customer service to our property owners and renters? If you are an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual with a passion for property management and a remarkable record of success, then we want you. Responsibilities:• Administer a portfolio of single-family residential properties in Hampton Roads, VA.• Supervise daily operations of the properties, including maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations.• Formulate and execute property management plans to achieve operational and financial objectives.• Guarantee that all properties are well-maintained and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.• Oversee vendor relationships and enter into contracts for services and supplies.• Cultivate and preserve relationships with tenants, responding to their needs and issues quickly and professionally.• Confirm that all lease deals and other legal documents are accurate and up to date.• Collaborate with leadership to create, refine, and manage systems and procedures to optimize day-to-day operations. Qualifications:• Must have a valid Virginia Real Estate License at the time of hire. • At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on single-family residential homes.• A strong understanding of Virginia landlord-tenant laws and regulations.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• A valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation.
