Our client is in search of a District Fitness Manager to oversee Fitness Managers and their Personal Training teams at 5-6 locations of a low cost, high value fitness club chain with over 80 locations nationwide. We're looking for someone with prior management experience overseeing multiple locations, genuine customer service skills, proven sales and persona training experience, and a passion for culture and team mentorship. Reporting to our Regional VP of Personal Training, the District Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our teams are achieving sales goals in the personal training department and our operations and trainer education are consistent throughout all locations and are in line with our culture.What we expect:* Minimum of 3 years of management experience overseeing multiple locations.* Someone who has worked in the fitness industry previously and has an interest in fitness.* Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.* Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.* Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.* Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.* And, of course, someone who embraces our Core Values!Some perks:* A small collaborative management team.* A management team that cares about your professional development.* Free membership, plus you can add one guest!* Competitive pay including vacation, holiday, and sick pay.* Health, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Life, Employee Assistant Program, and even Pet Insurance are offered!Powered by JazzHR
