Field Supervisor - Ace Handyman Services NW Metro Atlanta Location: Roswell Ga. Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year About Us: Join our dynamic handyman service team, where we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a talented and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our team and contribute to our reputation for quality and reliability. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade/handyman services. Previous crew/team management experience. Proficiency in a wide range of trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks. Ownership of a full set of personal tools. Strong leadership qualities with a knack for teaching, mentoring, and motivating team members. Excellent customer service skills, with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable with a commitment to team success. Ability to manage, hire, train, and evaluate personnel at various skill levels. Experience in supervising projects and ensuring quality control and delivering on schedule. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and coordinate field activities. Lead and develop a team of handymen at different skill levels. Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of field employees. Ensure team members progress through our Career Path program, including certifications and skill assessments. Actively participate in handyman duties, demonstrating expertise in various trades. Manage larger projects, ensuring excellence in execution time management and customer satisfaction. Job estimation and material take-off. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers-folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
