Elite Sourcing LLC, on behalf of our client, a leading Design Collaborative with offices throughout the US, is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented leader for the role of Managing Director. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Los Angeles office and driving the firm's values and long-term plans in collaboration with the leadership group.****Your role will involve leading clients, design and delivery, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within the office. The successful candidate will have experience in both interior design and architectural projects and a strong track record of success in the industry. This is HYRBID ROLE - 3 days in office! Qualifications : Professional degree in Architecture. Architecture licensure. LEED AP accreditation is a plus. 12+ years of relevant experience in leading both interior design and architectural projects. Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership and collaboration skills to foster a positive and inclusive office culture. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow and retain a multi-disciplinary team of designers. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and build relationships. Proficient in project management, financial management, and human resources management. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and provide thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with navigating building and zoning departments for project approvals. Strong technical knowledge of building construction and technologies. Experience with brand standards and working with brand-focused clients. Willingness to travel as required. Salary and Benefits: The base salary for the Managing Director position is estimated to be between $150,000 and $160,000, with additional profit sharing and benefits contingent on relevant experience.
