Netzer Metalworks is currently hiring a Quality Control ManagerMedical and Dental Benefits, 401k, Paid HolidaysClimate controlled facility.5 years + experience recommended.Manage all aspects of the Quality Control department. Supervise Inspectors who are tasked with conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and overseeing production processes.• Maintain the company Quality System and handle all audits.• Coordinate, monitor, and review FAI's.• Work with customer QC representatives and source inspectors.• Inspecting machined parts and other finished goods for conformance to customer-defined standards.• Accurately document the results of all testing and inspections in accordance to AS9100 standards.• Maintain controlled electronic documents and test records in a timely and accurate manner.• Coordinate the calibration of all company measurement and test equipment.• Performs other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company.• Minimum of 3- 5 year’s inspection experience in a machine shop / manufacturing environment.• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.• Ability to use Standard measuring Equipment i.e. Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges.• Experience with PC-DMIS with CMM is a plus.Powered by JazzHR
