Customer Service Specialist Now Hiring! Full-Time Hours / On-Site Position / Chicago, IL We’re preparing for a busy fall of representing brands throughout Chicago and are looking to meet with people who have experience working with customers face-to-face. We’ll be bringing 4-5 people on board over the next few weeks, so if you like human interaction and are looking for the opportunity to learn, earn and grow, we’d love to hear from you! As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be helping the brands we work with maintain positive relationships with existing customers and help them acquire new customers. You’ll be working as part of a team to attract attention, promote current offers, engage in meaningful conversations, make customers laugh, provide general customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Experience working in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or similar can be highly beneficial but isn’t required as long as you’re willing to expand your comfort zone. We provide ongoing training and on-site support, so it’s easy to develop confidence and feel comfortable in this role. As long as you’re willing to work hard and can maintain a positive attitude, you’ll succeed!
