The main goal and function of a Small Business Insurance Benefits Coordinator is to assist the production team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. This role will support one of the largest and fastest-growing production teams here at the Larry McDaniel Group in the state of Louisiana. Recognized as one of fastest-growing team's in the region, this production team's client base is heavily focused on blue collar industries. This role is to give exemplary client service, and ongoing and sustained growth of this agency. Business Insurance Benefits Coordinator Job Responsibilities Performs all activities relating to the public, customers, and companies Manages the renewal process and handles cancellation requests Handles account management responsibilities including billing, policy changes, and coverage questions Assists with policy-checking and keeps up to date on rates, forms, and coverage changes Business Insurance Benefits Coordinator Qualifications 2+ years previous customer service experience A shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration Passion, Innovation, Accountability Goal Oriented and organizational skills Salary and Pay All account managers can look to earn between $45,000-$60,000 Sign on bonus is being offered for the month of August Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30; no nights, weekends, or holidays Benefits discussed during hiring process Opportunity for professional development and growth Get ready to own your future!
