Training and advancement opportunities Our Core Values Culture Family Technology Integrity Community Taking Big Strides You will direct and supervise Field Technicians in technical endeavors ensuring customer satisfaction. Other Required Tasks Train Field Technicians on technical skills, company processes and procedures, including safety rules and regulations. Assist the Service Manager in performing weekly 1:1s with Field Technicians. Assist the Service Manager in conducting ride-alongs for technical evaluation. Assist in onboarding new Field Technicians. Maintain duties as a Field Technician. Keep your company truck clean, inside and out. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Properly complete paperwork Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Desired Skills and Experience 5-10+ years of industry experience PL01 OR PL02 Plumbing License Required Must have residential service experience with both sales and service Supervisory experience preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Excellent customer service skills Service Titan experience, a plus If you are looking for a company that values you and your family, make this career move and find exactly what you're looking for.
