Position: Customer Service Salary: Starting at $20 per hour Hours: Full-time, M-F 8am - 5pm Manufacturing firm is seeking highly motivated Account Manager / Customer Support team members that can manage and work directly in a fast paced and high-volume environment. Ideal candidates work well independently, have strong attention to detail, enjoy manufacturing, and are good at math and problem solving. Responsibilities : Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face Perform Data entry based on customer provided specifications Download files and data from various web sources and portals Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer issues Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle jobs Perform customer verifications Process orders, forms, applications, requests, billing Manage customers' accounts Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Manage administration of jobs from start to finish Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Follow up on customer interactions Create and maintain reports Ability to Estimate and plan orders, and develop pricing Examine quote specifications for accuracy Analyze specifications and samples provided Plan production processes (consult department supervisors when necessary) Perform entry based on customer provided specifications into estimating system Calculate unit costs using pricing schedules Utilize advance Excel spreadsheets to compile unit pricing Format and compile estimate based on labor and materials calculations Compare estimates to specifications against submitted orders Process forms and billing Keep accurate records of estimating Revise estimates as needed due to specification changes and submit a revised proposal Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Format and create a detailed proposal for customers Skill Requirements: Interpersonal skills Communication skills - verbal and written, listening skills Prior printing and print estimating skills Strong computer skills; Excel Problem analysis and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Data collection skills Customer service orientation Adaptability and initiative Ability to maintain confidentiality High stress tolerance and ability to work overtime and weekend as needed Ideal Candidates must be Detail Oriented, capable of working independently, and are Goal Oriented.
