Job Description: Safra National Bank is seeking a Private Banking Assistant to interface with clients and other departments of the bank. Responsibilities: Open client accounts Explain financial services and products to customers Maintain client base, keep current client plans up-to-date on an ongoing basis Answer clients’ questions about purposes and details of financial plans and strategies Perform any other related tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university Preferred Series 7 license is required 2+ years of related experience in financial markets and/or financial products or related Fluency in Portuguese is preferred Experience in a client-facing role working with high net worth Latin American clients. Ability to discuss legal matters pertaining to the structure of investments and follow up with lawyers to obtain documents as necessary Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. *This position is based in Aventura, Florida Powered by JazzHR
