Job Purpose: To provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, assess their needs and provide recommendations for services. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools. Ensure that the car wash area is clean, well-stocked and properly organized. Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles. Collaborate with team members to achieve team and individual goals. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools. Good organizational skills.
