The Operations Manager will be a Full-Time position and is eligible for our benefits package. Salary commensurate with experience. This position requires travel to job sites within FL (South of Daytona Beach) up to 60-70% of the workweek to monitor crews. Manage the daily activities of multiple field teams (located in WPB and ORL) resulting in producing a consistent quality product on schedule Manage the development of the field teams Ensure production levels and direct labor are maintained and strive to exceed goals Schedule jobs accordingly Lead weekly team meetings Reduce go-backs Conduct performance reviews on your teams Keep up with communication (emails, phone calls, etc.) Deal with escalated customer questions/concerns Assist in recruiting and succession planning Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years successful experience in a similar role Mechanically inclined and comfortable using a variety of power tools Desire to do the job correctly the first time Problem-Solver Self-driven and proactive Valid FL Driver's License OSHA certification is preferred but not required Physical Requirements: See, hear, speak and write clearly in English in order to communicate effectively Full dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of specialized tools & equipment Ability to lift, push, pull, carry and reach while holding objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
