Job Description of Crew Member: As a crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing delicious chicken dishes, and maintaining a clean and efficient resturant environment. Responsibilities and Duties of Crew Member: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and assist in answering any menu-related questions. Prepare and cook chicken dishes according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards. Assemble orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all components of the meal are included and arranged neatly. Operate fryers to cook chicken and other fried items, monitoring cooking times and maintaining consistent product quality. Process transactions accurately, handling payments, providing change, and issuing receipts as necessary. Double-check orders before handing them to customers and verify that all items are included. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms by following sanitation standards and cleaning schedules. Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed to ensure a smooth operational flow. Work effectively as part of a team, communicate openly with colleagues, and assist in any task to ensure a seamless operation. Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude. Minimum Qualifications of Crew Member: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and making customers feel valued. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order assembly and presentation. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities during busy periods. Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions and order calculations. Clear and effective communication with both customers and team members. Knowledge of proper hygiene practices and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry moderately heavy items, and work in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
