If respect for people, collaboration and trust are some values you live by you should consider joining us, the Worldwide Leader in Tires!What will you doThis position will have a meaningful role in accelerating Michelin's digital transformation by bringing together genuine digital expertise and an ability to challenge business stakeholders, to consolidate real needs, and design solutions that are effective, efficient, and forward-looking.Within Michelin team in charge of Oracle eBusiness suite, decide the implementation manner and then technical implementation in coherence with the architecture strategy defined by platform Architects.Increase the technical expertise and act to improve the technical skills of the development team, especially the ones working on OM, WSH and related modules of Oracle eBusiness suite. Act as a trainer, a coach and a mentor for the technical members of the team. Contribute to the recruitment process of these technical members.Master the technical debt of his/her domain (application module, middleware, etc) and minimize the run cost of his/her perimeter.Maintain and develop his/her own level of technical expertise.Use an incremental approach (Do & Learn) during design and development to manage the lead time and deliver incremental functionalities quickly.Design, test, and deploy interface between applications.Maintain and optimize a working solution by evaluating proposed changes, making improvement recommendations, and implementing approved changes.Ensure the availability, the performance, and the security level of applications by providing Level 3 Support (after the helpdesk (Level 1) and application support analyst (Level 2).What will you bringExtensive experience in designing solutions in and around Oracle eBusiness Suite.Implement Webservice in Oracle eBusiness suite in both SOAP and REST methods.Recommendation regarding the coding norms and good practices: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Framework and XML PublisherKnowledge of repositories of versioning: GIT. Master the concept of Configuration Management: branch strategy, merging practices. Can perform a configuration review, code review, performance review.Knowledge on packaging and deployment tools such as Oracle ACMP and JenkinsKnowledge on metrology tools and monitoring tools, including NAGIOS, Splunk, GrafanaExperience in "Performance by design" and "Secure by design" and can train, mentor and coach other team members on these technical designs.Within Michelin team in charge of Oracle eBusiness suite, you will use your mastery of the architecture of Oracle eBusiness suite related Order to Cash modules, which includes integration with external Warehouse management system, Transport management system and Supply Chain DRP (Distribution Resource Planner), and multiple other dependent applications, such as Tax engines, Brokerages services...Software Construction: Work with the solution consultant to guarantee that the developed code will match the functional design document.Perform the Unitary Functional Test (UFT) and validate the quality of the code respecting the developer standard of Michelin and the best practices of the industry such as the one prescribed by Oracle.Information management & communication: Ensure the completeness and the up-to-date documentation related to technical architecture, technical designs, and test scenarios.
