Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Your Contribution Interface with the client and stakeholders providing inventive and relevant project solutions. Manage successful communication between the firm and client. Develop and manage project scope, schedule, free structure, and budget targets to ensure a successful outcome. Oversee project cost and staff and balance utilization and profitability. Direct and manage multiple projects. Readily assists as needed to aid the team in project completion. Build client relationships and take responsibility for key client development. Oversee site visits and assessments. Develop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications. Collaborate with engineering and other consultants. Present designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval. Other duties as assigned.Your Qualifications Obtain a Registered Architect License. 8+ years of healthcare design experience. 3+ years of healthcare project management experience. Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup. Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
