We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Hauling site in Rayne, LA.The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The starting pay rate is $16/hr., and we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, and vacation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders.REQUIREMENTS:1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume atmosphereExperience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are requiredExcellent organization and communication skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems.
