At Cape Ann Savings Bank we are a full-service community bank. We are seeking to hire an experienced Operations Associate to perform various monitoring and processing tasks related to the day-to-day deposit operations of the Bank. Responsibilities: Monitor and address ACH and Check matters including unposted items, stop payments, insufficient items, returns, reclamations, and chargebacks. ATM/Debit card matters including but not limited to card orders, maintenance, hot cards, PIN reorders/changes, reconcilement, and fraud. All aspects of wire transfers. All aspects of levies, garnishments, and subpoenas Digital banking platforms including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and telephone banking. Customer correspondence including in-person, telephone, email, and mail All other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills Thorough understanding of bank products and services Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in Deposit Operations preferred. Cape Ann Savings Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
