Job title: Gardeners Job location: Central Alabama veterans’ healthcare system (CAVHCS), Montgomery and Tuskegee, Al. Type of job: full-time job Schedule: 5 days a week for 8 hours each day for a total of 40 hours per week Duties: Use blowers to clean parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances. Dispose of trash on outdoor trash cans Assist with Weed eating as needed. Install pine straw and/or mulch and prepare flower beds. Pickup leaves from all exterior surfaces Cut grass using push lawn mowers. Trim hedges and shrubbery Plant flowers as needed. Use hand and power tools common to trade.
