Job Title: Catholic Pastoral Life Coordinator Location : Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH), Arlington, VA Job Type : Part-time Job Summary: The Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination services as the Catholic Pastoral Life Coordinator at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH). This position requires the coordinator to possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance from the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office. The coordinator will be responsible for managing Catholic liturgical items, materials, and media inventory, coordinating registrations and sacramental records, assisting in clergy reports, and facilitating communication with various Catholic community ministries and groups. The coordinator will also provide volunteer coordination, publicity coordination, and manage the weekly Catholic bulletin. Accurate record-keeping and monthly reporting are essential aspects of this role. Responsibilities: Accommodate Liturgical Cycle Requirements by providing denominationally specific administrative support for Catholic events and activities throughout the liturgical year. Maintain the Catholic Community Calendar, including weekly updates projecting four weeks in advance. Coordinate the selection, tracking, and training of volunteers for Catholic events, both social and ecclesiastical. Coordinate publicity efforts for JBM-HH Catholic community programs, including the dissemination of advertisements and relevant information. Prepare and organize the input for the weekly Catholic bulletin provided to the Catholic Community. Maintain a log of work performed under the contract and provide a monthly copy of the log and a Verification of Services Delivered form to the Catholic Chaplain. Requirements: Possession and maintenance of a SECRET security clearance from the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
