DescriptionThe Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for developing new and expanding existing Treasury Management business relationships. Develops and executes Treasury Management Sales and Prospecting PlansIdentifies needs and provides appropriate Treasury Management solutions for customer's strategies and goalsUnderstands competitor capabilities and can effectively position the Bank's Treasury Management services as a competitive advantageWorks independently and with team members on prospecting efforts and expansion of relationships, generates cross-sell opportunities and referrals to other bank lines of businessManages customer visits and on-going contact/relationship developmentManages entire sales process including developing and writing proposals, making customer presentations and executing customer agreementsConducts Treasury Management reviews with top customers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experience3-5 years of Treasury Management Services experiencePreferred - 5-7 years of Treasury Management Services experience Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; moderate math and writing skills; moderate presentation skills; strong follow up abilities Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as requiredWork occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the positionMust be able to travel regularly from location to locationLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs ANBTX strongly encourages candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to apply.
