Position Title: Shopper Marketing ManagerDepartment: Sales AdminLocation: RemoteSupervisory Responsibilities: NoReports to: Vice-President of Sales Operations & CapabilitiesWorker Category: Full-TimeFLSA Classification: ExemptBonus Eligibility: EBITDA Bonus PlanPosition Summary: The Shopper Marketing Manager will lead the overarching strategy of retail channel marketing programs that will influence shopper behavior and stimulate demand. They will interface with key stakeholders from the sales and marketing teams based on shopper insights.Job Responsibilities:Participate in planning meetings with sales and marketing teams to identify customer and channel priorities for national and regional programs.Work closely with agency partners, the brand team, and sales partners to identify, develop, and execute strategic customer-specific marketing programs to drive key brand initiatives.Ideate, coordinate, facilitate sell-in, communicate toolkits, and track the performance of shopper marketing programs, ensuring all support core Brew Dr. objectives.Lead strategic brand partnership opportunities to develop joint marketing programs that drive mutual business goals.Initiate and manage the development of trial-driving promotional tools, including coupons, point-of-sale materials, refrigerated displays, and digital tactics, ensuring each is commercially viable, provides a unique shopper experience, and is aligned to the brand's visual identity system.Support product marketing by developing go-to-market strategy and tools for retail for key product launches.Develop a national marketing calendar that translates shopper marketing strategy into viable and executable programs across all national, regional, and e-commerce customers.Build and manage annual shopper marketing budget.Lead the execution of customer-specific programs, partnerships, activities, and events.Collaborate with Brew Dr. brand and analyst team to analyze shopper, consumer, and store data into actionable, shopper-driven insights and initiative reporting.Qualifications & Experience:5-7 years of marketing, sales, and commercial experience in the CPG industryRefrigerated food or beverage experience a plusStrong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applicationsOther Duties:Please note this job description may not cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
