Proven track record for being punctual, reliable and dependable6. Trained in First Aid or willingness to take training upon hire7. Strong degree of responsibility, accountability and problem-solving skills8. Engaging, caring, warm style with children and ability to plan and provide fun activities9. Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone, text, and email10.
