DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist manages external marketing and customer communications for various lines of business. The individual acts as a marketing consultant to internal clients, making appropriate marketing, advertising, public relations, social media and digital recommendations that align with the Company's overall marketing strategy to increase and expand customer relationships and revenue. Leads in the development, management and execution of multi-channel marketing programs. Works independently with senior level executives of multiple LOBs, including Retail, Business, Commercial, Mortgage, and Wealth in creation and deployment of marketing campaigns that produce measurable, sustainable and impactful results. Has a strong understanding of the customer and customer journey. Proposes appropriate marketing (direct mail, collateral, flyers), advertising, public relations, social media an digital (website, lead gen, landing pages, programmatic ads) recommendations that align with the bank's overall marketing strategyWorks closely with the Sales, Product, Training, Compliance and Business teams to define, create and deliver multi-pronged marketing campaignsDevelops advertising and sales copy ensuring all are in overall brand voice with actionable messaging, offers and calls to actionWrites/edits and manages the fulfillment of official customer communicationsParticipates and contributes in the development of the strategic marketing plan and budgetMay require work on physical bank premises Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR, or related field4-6 of marketing experience Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructionsWorking conditions are favorableWork occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the positionLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
