We are looking for a Manufacturing Financial Analyst College Co-op at our Wichita, KS location. This is an on-site position that will work 40 hours (fulltime) during the summer and 20 hours (part-time) during the school year. This position will work under the Wichita Plant Controller and Finance team as well as the plant operations team to understand results and drive efficiency and improvements together with the Finance team. Responsibilities Month End ReportingFull P&L and Balance Sheet visibility & exposureHelp research variance analysis vs planWork closely with Finance team and the business to identify opportunities to improve processes & profitabilityAssist in the monthly and quarterly forecast process, which may include volumes, margins, reserves, and inventorySpecial projects and/or functional support for Commercial NA Construction teamThis position will pay between $19-36/hour.
