Job Description Designing display advertising campaigns encompassing creative aspects, targeting, and budget management KPIs. Facilitating everyday communication with the team, and agencies. Delivering budget proposals, highlighting costs, scheduling, and recommendations, and providing reports both during and post-campaign launches. Conceptualizing fresh and inventive digital media experiences tailored for consumer journey and customer acquisition. Generating and presenting client display media reports and marketing dashboards. Gathering and interpreting display data. Tracking display campaign performance through various reporting tools, and native tools Google, Meta, and TikTok. Drawing insights from programs, leaning on a deep understanding of the brand and the target consumer. Managing campaign budget trackers. Engaging in team discussions and brainstorming sessions. Liaising with internal cross-functional teams, Analytics, e-commerce, Retail, Creative Marketing, and Product Development to ensure integrated planning and communication. Qualifications 4+ years of experience collaborating with major brands and managing significant ad budgets to procure and roll out innovative, high-profile media campaigns. BTC, and BTB experience preferred. Beauty industry is preferred but not required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Robust analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to tell a story from data. Advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or SQL, Keynote, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of DSP’s Working knowledge of industry trends, and native tools and knowledge. Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Naturally curious and an idea generator—ability to brainstorm new ways to bring the brand to life on social media Resourceful, detail-oriented, a problem-solver with the ability to take ownership and initiative, work efficiently and strategically while balance competing priorities Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills including the ability to stay positive Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills Elevated creative eye and aesthetic If interested, please send resume to XXXX@cesna.com .
