The Global IT organization is looking for an "IT Security & Data Protection Expert". Reporting to the Global IT Security Manager in USA headquarters, this position will be working on various aspects of information technology security, standards, compliance and data protection management across all of Advantest America. This role requires an individual with a strong technical and information security background, as well as the ability to work across the Global IT organization and the Advantest companies to align information security priorities and controls with key business objectives. Responsibilities include Must Skills: Operations and alert monitoring experience with Splunk (SOC and SIEM experience with Splunk)Incident responder as a CSIRT memberDay to day operations experience of security products (EPP/EDR, NGFW/IPS, WAF, IDM/IAM, SWG/SASE, CASB, DLP etc.)Hands on experience at cloud delivered consolidated security solutions. For example, SASE (Cisco Umbrella, Zscaler etc.) Implementation or operation or alert monitoring experience of IAM/IDM(Omada etc.,) system, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems like Cyber Reason, Apex One etc.Implementation/operation experience of SWG, CASB, DLP, FWaaS, DNS layer security.Experience in planning and executing vulnerabilities assessment and penetration tests by tenable or any other toolsHands on experience to implement common security model or framework. For example, Zero Trust security architecture, Defense In Depth (DiD) model etc.Experience in Threat Intelligence (TI) systems like OSINT or vendor product like Recorded Future to find out company data leakage etc.ISMS (ISO-27001) framework, compliance and AuditsData privacy and security: CPRA, CCPA and GDPR Preferred experience: Yearly security system risk AssessmentsSupport the implementation and enforcement of information security governance including policies, standards and procedures and ensure compliance with Information Security regulations in cooperation with other business departments and internal/external auditors.Security policies, guidelines, manuals periodic updateSupport the development and execution of IT security education plans in partnership with internal communication to raise awareness around IT security risks and best practicesSupport ensuring IT security and IT risk management in view of Business Continuity Plans Supporting Customer Information Security compliance, audits and reviewsExperience of US Government information security requirements e.g. DFARS, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171
