We’re looking for an individual, preferably with managerial experience in the medical field, recovery and/or addiction, but not required, to fill our role of Housing Director. EMAIL RESUME TO: XXXX@theedgetreatment.comJOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMTED TO THE FOLLOWING:The Housing Director will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and sober community outside of Center hours. They will have a team of Night Staff and will engage with our sober living (SL) homes and act as an extension of the Center, working with Center staff reporting on behavioral issues which may come up including sobriety, cleanliness, and attitude.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Track and assign sober living beds Approve/deny overnights in the sober living (SL) homes Foster sober living relationships with Action Alliance and other SL companies Develop future SL housing facilities Manage SL supplies Manage SL assets/storage Train Sober Living House Managers on responsibilities and safety Develop UA/BAC protocols for the SL houses Work with SL staff to ensure BAC tests are done nightly and properly Work with SL staff to do a few UA tests throughout the week Work with Clinical Directors with Client Red Flags Develop community programs within the Sober Livings Manage Night Staff Ensure each SL Home is visited and checked for safety and cleanliness Manage relapses in the SL environment On‐call for nighttime emergenciesREQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Management skills Good communication Knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role Responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized MS Office: Outlook/Excel/Word/Power PointHOURS: Shifts may varyPowered by JazzHR
