Description:Our client seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be process-driven, focused on continuous improvement, and able to communicate effectively at every level of the organization.Location- Near Wichita, KSRelocation-full relocation package to the areaKey Responsibilities:---------- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.---------- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.---------- Identify and resolve operational problems to ensure timely and efficient production.---------- Provide training and coaching to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with established processes.---------- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.---------- Participate in the planning and implementation of new product launches and production line changes.---------- Work with maintenance and equipment teams to ensure proper equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.---------- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.---------- Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.---------- Lead or participate in project teams as assigned.Requirements/Skills:---------- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (IE or ME.) is required.---------- 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.---------- Team-oriented with a belief in collaboration.---------- Ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure success.---------- Process-driven and focused on continuous improvement.---------- Strong communicator, verbally and in writing, at every level of the organization.---------- Comfortable setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.---------- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.If you are a motivated and results-driven Industrial Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team, please submit your resume for consideration or apply below to SGoudy judge.comUI955757
