Position SummaryThe Maintenance Mechanic is the equipment specialist and provides support for the operations team. The Maintenance Mechanic is familiar with all PM schedules, spare parts requirements, normal operating conditions, troubleshooting techniques, general maintenance procedures and safety requirements. The Maintenance Mechanic works closely with the Operations Team to avoid unplanned equipment downtime. Maintenance Mechanics work with the Shift Mechanics to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities and troubleshooting services to ensure equipment is in safe and proper working condition and available for production. Maintenance Mechanics typically work day shifts, Monday-Friday, in a non-climate-controlled area.
