SCC: The Sales Crediting and Compensation component is responsible paying accurate, timely and predictable sales commissions to 16,000+ Cisco sellers. The ability to incentivize the sellers to sell in alignment with Cisco products strategy is critical to Cisco generating revenue and staying ahead of its competitors.What You'll DoDay-to-day development activities like writing, modifying and debugging software, and primarily focus on test automation tasks on the Sales Credit and Compensation platform.Design and build reusable components for test automation and help enhance test coverage to avoid security vulnerabilities.Develop test automation scripts, JavaScript and other technologies in order to support business requirements.Research design and deliver automated test scripts/solutions collaborating with Analysts, Architects, Engineers and Business Owners to deliver results in a timely manner.Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support, documentation and/or maintenance of systems and test automation scripts.Own test automation and development to ensure on time delivery.Who You'll Work WithYou'll be part of a highly dynamic and empowered team of collaborative engineers, technical leads, architects, business systems analysts who are passionate about building, supporting and enhancing our seller platforms. You will interact with key business partners in Sales, Finance, and Business Operations. You will align your work with the project team and multi-functional programs related to Recurring Revenue Growth and Seller Experience. In addition, you will work with the business and technical architecture groups, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and leads from the Enterprise Release Management Office along with operational leaders responsible for Sales and Partner Operations.Who You AreA Software Engineer who wants to apply and grow their technical skills as you deliver new capabilities using groundbreaking technologies and processes and hone your collaboration and leadership skills as you collaborate with a team of hardworking engineers and interact with business partners. A hardworking, experienced and self-motivated IT professional who enjoys digging into complicated problems and exploring details of technical implementations. Someone who has a clear passion for solving functional challenges using technology and thrives in bringing transparency to ambiguous and business critical situations. A standout colleague capable of influencing within and outside of the team, as well as being an agent for change and transformation. Someone with an ability to take the lead in developing business solutions and clearly communicating system defects and following through resolution.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors in Computer Science or related field AND 7+ years of professional experience designing and building software applications, OR Masters in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of professional experience designing and building software applications.Solid understanding and experience in UiPath technology or other test automation tools like Selenium, WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, and REST Client.Proven understanding of key automation architectural concepts.Solid understanding of Agile development methodology and experience with development and infrastructure tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and GitPreferred Requirements:Prior knowledge in Sales Compensation systems including experience in SAP Commissions.Experience with CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins automation.PL/SQL experience.Solid communications and organizational skills, and ability to work successfully in a team environmentWhy Cisco?#WeAreCisco.
