Join our best-in-class team today through the following opportunity:Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesProvides Strategic direction of Remanufacturing Maintenance activities across Disassembly, Salvaging, Assembly, and Facilities.Performs a leadership role from a maintenance aspect in the setup of the new ReMan facility during design and construction of the facility and the installation of ReMan processes.Sets department goals and assigns initiatives to drive improvements in key operational metrics.Develops and maintains departmental procedures in conjunctions with PACCAR Business Management Process.Drives enhancements to Maintenance operations to support continued growth in Reliability Centered Maintenance.Leads collaboration across divisions to drive development of standard maintenance practices and TPM strategies.Plans, organizes, assigns, and coordinates work to achieve production schedules.Initiates and recommends appropriate personnel actions regarding new employee selection, promotions, training and employee counseling.Supports and reviews equipment design for compliance of Reliability and Maintainability.Develops Equipment FMEA and RCM process to define Maintenance activities to ensure process equipment performances.Defines CMMS solution to ensure management of Maintenance activitiesDevelops Equipment BOM structures for tracking of Spare parts and equipment life cycle cost analysis.Qualifications & Skills required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or Manufacturing 8+ years Maintenance Leadership experience.Experience with Larger Facility projects. Ability to initiate and lead change through continual process improvements.Ability to operate and actively participate in a team-oriented environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.Proven experience in organizational development and resource deploymentA successful record of developing effective work teams, demonstrated technical ability and problem solving skills applied to quality, safety, and process improvements.Desired Working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
