We are actively hiring for Operations SMEs with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team working in Northern Virginia. You will be responsible for addressing, supporting and implementing Customer directed duties, tasks and objectives specific to unique Customer projects and programs. In this role, the SME will support a USG critical mission. The position requires all applicants to have previous Customer experience and understand how to research, write and analyze using the Customer's databases. This is a senior/expert position with a minimum of 6 years of Customer experience. Level 5’s will have served in multiple field assignments. An ideal candidate would be a former/retired Customer employee. REQUIRED EDUCATION & DESIRED EXPERIENCE Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Years of Customer experience will determine level Regional or topic-specific knowledge Customer specific writing experience Experience in HUMINT sources and collections Served in a senior management position overseas Certification in Customer tradecraft Experience in financial or operational oversight Develops, communicates, and maintains knowledge of financial policies Expert/Historical knowledge; experience in task planning; profiling after action data analysis, and sponsor resource management Experience in standards, policies and procedures; develops and updates customer specific binders/briefings Work travel may be available on an ad hoc basis EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Senior: REQUIRED : Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 14-16 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 10+ years of IC experience including experience in financial oversight; development, communication, and maintenance of knowledge of financial policies, or experience monitoring compliance with customer standards, policies, and procedures, or experience with task planning and resource management. Expert: REQUIRED : Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 17+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 11+ years of IC experience including experience in financial oversight; development, communication, and maintenance of knowledge of financial policies, or experience monitoring compliance with customer standards, policies, and procedures, or experience with task planning and resource management.
