Position: Fitness Support Reports To: Club Director Job Purpose: Onboard, integrate, and retain members Key Responsibilities: Greet all members, prospects, and guests that visit the club Enforce Gateway and troubleshoot issues Enroll new members in the best membership for them Develop a fitness plan for new members that aligns with their fitness goals and integrates them into directed exercise. Execute the fitness plan by leading and coaching the members. Motivate members to continue to improve their fitness journey. Develop professional and trusting relationships with members. Promote and engage in club programs, activities, and services. Know and enforce club safety protocols and policies. R equirements: Confident, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibilities. Able to work a wide variety of hours, including evenings and weekends. Able to understand and perform basic mathematical calculations. Able to communicate professionally and effectively. Demonstrate an aptitude for basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use club specific software. Must be willing to make an 18-month commitment to this position. Powered by JazzHR
