Labor & Delivery RN (Nights) - Irving, TX Salary range: $34-$54/hr based on experience. Night Shift Differential: $3.75/hr. Weekend Differential: $4.30/hr. Position Duties & Responsibilities : Plan and provide goal-directed nursing care, promoting and advocating for patient health, safety, and rights. Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum patient care. Practice autonomously, adhering to evidence-based practices. Qualifications : Education : Associates Degree (Required) BSN (Highly Preferred) Licensure/Certification : Texas State RN or RN Compact License . Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Certifications. Experience : Minimum of 6 months in Labor & Delivery, preferably 1 year. Recent ACUTE care experience, preferably 1 year. Unit Details : 180-200 Deliveries/month. 12 Beds for L&D, and 22 beds for OB/Post Partum. Nurse to Patient Ratio: 2:1 for L&D and 3:1 for mom-baby. Compensation : Salary range: $34-$54/hr based on experience. Night Shift Differential: $3.75/hr. Weekend Differential: $4.30/hr. Additional Notes : Sign-On Bonus: Not guaranteed (please do not advertise). Relocation: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
