Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Proficient in Excel and possess a working knowledge of accounting concepts Experience with various accounting and operations software platform a plus (such as cloud-based accounting tools like Xero and QuickBooks Online Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Client-centric interaction and problem solving; Answer and resolve all client questions/inquiries Handle general accounting tasks across multiple clients; including bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance/bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable management, preparing financial statements Oversee a high volume of bank and credit card transactions Research and resolve client issues as they arise Lead project management activities to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time at high quality Maintain the highest degree of professional standards Maintain strict client confidentiality Demonstrated Skills : Ability to successfully handle multiple clients’ needs concurrently Technology savvy, can-do attitude and approach Problem solving and proactive decision-making Adaptability and resourcefulness to drive results Highly self-motivated and versatile Entrepreneurial spirit, mind & drive Technological Optimist Enthusiastic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a team player Always looking to improve and eager to grow in the accounting profession To learn more about Tabulate, check out our website: Tabulate.com .
