You will be:Answering incoming and placing outbound calls to existing customers to help answer technical assistance questions and provide solutions for a major home security companyTroubleshooting company products and services; enhancing the customer experience through excellent communication of complex situations and solutions.Use systems to dispatch technicians if necessaryQualifications:A minimum of 3-6 months of technical customer service experience, 1 year of call center experience an assetMust possess a strong ability to interact with customers remotely to negotiate spending time on the phone, working through the alarm issue remotely vs. receiving service within the home or businessStrong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers, breaking down complex problems into understandable/common terms is also necessaryHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical aptitude, problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple items at onceOther roles that you have held that might make you a good fit:IS Analyst, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Web Application Developer, IT Support, Service Desk, Network/System Admin, IT Tech Support Specialist, IT Specialist, Technical Support Advisor. Information System Support, IS Technical Advisor.Important Details:Fully Remote Position – Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada for the duration of your employmentMust have open availability to work between 2 pm – Midnight EST Monday - Sunday, as per business needs (split days off)Immediate start dates availableMust have your own Windows 10/11 computer that you can use for work. It must be able to connect directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable, with a minimum 8 GB available RAM.
