Dishwasher and/or Prep Cook is an entry level job, and includes the following requirements/responsibilities: 1. Stays organized, clean, efficient, sanitary and has a good attitude 2. Keep up with a schedule of tasks 3. Stays responsive to needs of the restaurant 4. Complete prep duties on time and in good quality 5.Follows checklists 6.Punctual 7.Serious work ethic, accountability for your actions, integrity 8.Able to lift/push/pull heavy items 30-50 lbs *******SERVE SAFE/FOOD HANDLERS REQUIRED.******* MAINTAINING A CLEAN AND EMPTY DISH STATION KEEPING FLOORS CLEAN SET UP KITCHEN, OR BREAK DOWN KITCHEN (AM OR PM) COMMUNICATE WITH TEAM TO COORDINATE PICKUPS DAILY DEEP CLEAN TASKS SMALL PREP ITEMS ( PEELING EGGS, CUTTING SCALLIONS,CARROTS, DAIKON ... but not limited to) Powered by JazzHR
